Riverside’s municipal ballroom information says venue rental time must cover decorating, the event, and cleanup. Build your booth arrival and removal arrangements around the access time your venue approves. For a gathering at Fairmount Park’s Izaak Walton Building, or another indoor venue, include the booth and guest queue in the room plan and confirm vendor requirements with the coordinator.

How much is a photo booth rental in Riverside?
Self-service packages are $199, $350, and $525 for 24 hours, with a one-day minimum. Attended packages with prints are $695 for three hours, $895 for four hours, and $1,095 for five hours. Selected extras and any applicable travel or venue-related charges are confirmed in your proposal.
Are prints included?
Printed keepsakes are included in attended Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages during booked booth time. Self-service base rates are digital-only. A printer and one 100-print media kit add $130 to a self-service rental.
Where do I pick up a self-service booth?
Pickup and return are arranged at 3827 Wacker Dr., Mira Loma, CA 91752. Coordinate exact times with our team. Our listed office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific; confirm arrangements for weekend events.
Can the photo design match our event?
Attended packages include a personalized photo design. Self-service includes access to 100+ premade templates, with a custom-designed template available for $25. Send event names, colors, or branding when requesting a proposal.
What does my venue need to provide?
Tell us about the approved booth area, power, internet, indoor or outdoor placement, and load-in access. We will confirm requirements for your selected booth, backdrop, and printing. Ask the venue about vendor documentation and arrival and removal times.
Does an availability request reserve my date?
An availability request starts the booking process. Your reservation is confirmed after you review the proposal and complete the required booking steps. Your proposal explains the rental arrangements and applicable terms.
